With an extensive history of Costume Contest wins at numerous casinos and clubs, Keith Ragnar Cowgill is no stranger to the Halloween season.

 
From crazy original concepts to putting a spin on classic horror villains and characters, this journey stems from the desire to think outside the box(store).
